IVF实验室培养液准备以及使用过程中温度变化的初步研究
Preliminary Study on Temperature Change During Preparation And Use of IVF Laboratory Culture Medium

Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of the preparation of laboratory culture medium for in vitro fertilization(IVF)on the temperature change during use.Methods:From January,2022 to December 2024,the IVF laboratory culture medium was taken as the research object,and the changes of culture medium in the set temperature,5 min temperature and 10 min temperature environment were compared and analyzed.Results:At the set temperatures of 37℃、37.5℃、38℃、38.5℃and 39℃,the temperature of culture solution 1024 for 5 min and 10 min was lower than the set temperature(P<0.05).10 min temperature is lower than 5 min temperature(P<0.05).At the set tem-peratures of 37℃、37.5℃、38℃、38.5℃and 39℃,the temperature of 5 min and 10 min of culture solution 1026 were lower than the set temperature(P<0.05).10 min temperature is lower than 5 min temperature(P<0.05).When the set temperature of culture solution 1029 was 37℃,the temperature of 5 min and 10 min were lower than the set temperature(P<0.05).The temperature of 10 min is lower than that of 5 min(P<0.05);At the set tem-peratures of 37.5℃、38℃、38.5℃and 39℃,the 5-minute temperature and 10-minute temperature of culture so-lution 1029 were lower than the set temperature(P<0.05).The temperature of 10 min was higher than that of 5 min(P<0.05).When the temperature of the culture solution 1020 is set at 37℃、38℃and 39℃,the temperature measurement results under different operating conditions and different operating times are compared(P>0.05).When the temperature of culture solution 1020 is set at 37.5℃and 38.5,the temperature of different operation time under the condition of no ventilation is slightly higher than that under the condition of ventilation(P<0.05).Con-clusion:The set temperature and operating time of the thermostatic platform play a key role in maintaining the tem-perature of the culture medium.关键词
