基于CiteSpace的强直性脊柱炎患者康复运动文献分析
Bibliometric and visual analysis of rehabilitation exercise literature for patients with ankylosing spondylitis based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research status of rehabilitation exercises for patients with ankylosing spondylitis at domestic and abroad in the past 20 years in the field of nursing,discuss the current research hotspots and development trends,and provide a reference for future research on rehabilitation exercise for patients with ankylosing spondylitis in China.Methods:Using the bibliometrics research method,literature on rehabilitation campaigns for ankylosing spondylitis was retrieved from CNKI and the Web of Science database from January 1,2005 to December 31,2024.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 was used to visually analyze the annual number of publications,inter-institutional cooperation of authors,and keywords in this field.Results:A total of 1 739 literatures were included,of which 755 were Chinese publications and 984 were foreign-language articles.The collaboration among foreign institutions and authors was closer than that in domestic publications,with more frequent cross-border and inter-institutional cooperation.The research objects and focuses of domestic and foreign researchers were slightly different.Domestic research focuses were relatively scattered,with few common concerns and relatively single studies.Domestic research focused mainly on rehabilitation,rehabilitation treatment,rehabilitation nursing,pain,and so on.Foreign studies were relatively focused and systematic,and domestic and foreign literature studies have jointly paid attention to the rehabilitation,quality of life,and complications of the target population.Conclusion:The number of publications in the field of rehabilitation of ankylosing spondylitis has been increasing year by year,and there are differences in research hotspots and directions between domestic and abroad studies.Drawing on foreign research hotspots and cutting-edge in-depth research,we can broaden the scope of rehabilitation nursing research in China,and promote the development of rehabilitation exercise programs for patients with ankylosing spondylitis in China.关键词
