Effect of Temperature Optimization of Constant Temperature Platform on Excellent Embryo Rate And Pregnancy Rate During IVF Laboratory Culture Medium Use

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of temperature optimization of constant temperature platform on excellent embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate during the use of IVF laboratory culture medium.Methods:The clinical data of 1343 patients with the first in vitro fertilization(IVF)cycle admitted to the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Nan-ning Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.From January to De-cember 2022 the hospital did not optimize the temperature during the use of IVF laboratory culture solution(before optimi-zation),and 664 patients were included.From January to December 2023 the hospital used a constant temperature platform to optimize the temperature during the use of IVF laboratory culture solution(after optimization),so that the temperature of culture solution was close to 37℃,and a total of 679 patients were included.The excellent embryo rate and pregnancy outcome of patients before and after optimization were compared.Results:Before optimization,the excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate of 664 patients were 47.51%and 45.55%respectively.After optimization,the excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate of 679 patients increased to 54.93%and 52.87%respectively.The excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate after temperature optimization were significantly higher than those before optimization,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using constant temperature platform to optimize the temperature during the use of IVF laboratory culture medium can improve the stability of embryo culture environment,significantly improve the excellent embryo rate of patients and improve their pregnancy outcome.关键词
