真空压铸Cu-Ni-Si-Cr合金微观组织及性能研究
Microstructure and Properties of Cu-Ni-S-Cr Alloy via Vacuum-Assisted Die Casting

Abstract
In this study,Cu-3.18Ni-0.75Si-0.28Cr(mass fraction)alloy was prepared using vacuum-assisted die casting(VADC)pro-cess,and the microstructure and properties of alloy before and after direct aging treatment were investigated.The results showed that synergistic effects of vacuum,pressure,and high cooling rates during VADC process allowed excellent compositional uniformity within the alloy,forming fine grains and a high-energy metastable supersaturated solid solution.Direct aging treatment(450℃×6 h)induced the precipitation of a large amount of dispersed nanoscale δ-Ni2Si phases,significantly enhancing the mechanical properties of VADC al-loy.After aging treatment,VADC alloy exhibited a tensile strength of(657±16)MPa,hardness of HV(241.5±9.3),elongation of(21.8±3.6)%,and electrical conductivity of(31.6±0.7)%IACS.This method enabled efficient preparation and near-net shape forming of high-performance Cu-Ni-Si-Cr alloys,offering considerable industrial application potentials.关键词
