摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of high energy loss and low energy utilization of fresh air system,the structural design of fresh air system pipeline was optimized.The Taguchi experiment method was used to design the trumpet tuyere with different angles(30°,45°,60°)between the inclined plane of the horn and the normal direction of the roof.The changes of wind speed under different angles were compared and analyzed,and the flow field of the heat exchanger was analyzed by CFD.The results show that when the angle between the horn slope and the normal direction of the roof is 45°,the heat transfer effect is the best,and the average wind speed increases to 0.68 m/s.The flow field of heat exchanger is analyzed by CFD,and the heat transfer effect is obviously enhanced after the interference plate is added.When the filter layer is 2 layers,the effect on wind speed and air quality is small.At 2 m/s and 5 m/s air flow rates,the steady wind speed at the outlet center increased by 33.3%and 24.4%,respectively.
