抑郁在炎症性肠病患者睡眠质量与疲乏间的中介作用
Mediating effect of depression between sleep quality and fatigue in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between sleep quality,depression,and fatigue in patients with inflammatory bowel disease,and to provide reference for adopting targeted nursing measures to reduce patient fatigue.Methods:A survey was conducted among 340 patients with inflammatory bowel disease using a general information questionnaire,multidimensional fatigue index-20,hospital anxiety and depression scale,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale.The correlation analysis was carried out by SPSS 27.0 software.Model 4 in PROCESS macro program was used to analyze the mediating effect.Results:The fatigue scale score of patients with inflammatory bowel disease was 59.08±15.25,with a median of 5(2,8)for depression and 6(4,11)for sleep quality.The sleep quality of patients are positively correlated with depression and fatigue(P＜0.05).Depression partially mediates the relationship between sleep quality and fatigue,with a mediation effect of 0.847 and a total effect of 1.814,accounting for 46.7％ of the total effect.Conclusion:Sleep quality in patients with inflammatory bowel disease have a direct predictive effect on fatigue,while depression partially mediates the relationship between sleep quality and fatigue.Improving the sleep quality of patients and alleviating depression is an effective way to reduce their fatigue.关键词
