Professor Zhou Wei's Experience in the Treatment of Cough
摘要
Abstract
Professor Zhou Wei believes that the basic idea of traditional Chinese medicine is to specialize in specific diseases and prescriptions,and the combination of specific diseases,prescriptions and drugs with syndrome differen-tiation and treatment is the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine.In cough diseases,cough is mostly the result of exogenous pathogens invading the lungs and the lungs failing to declare and descend.To treat cough,we should advocate the three methods of declaring,clearing and transforming simultaneously.The treatment method is disper-sing lung,relieving cough,clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,modifying the ancient prescription"Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Mulberry Skin Decoction",and forming a self-made prescription"Qingfei Huatan Decoction"to treat cough,which has repeatedly achieved good results.This paper summarizes Professor Zhou's ex-perience in treating cough based on syndrome differentiation,and adds and subtracts according to the syndrome,and attaches a case to prove it.关键词
