高职护生人文关怀能力现状及其影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current situation of humanistic care ability of higher vocational nursing students and its influencing factors,in order to provide reference for nursing educators to cultivate the humanistic care ability of nursing students.Methods:With convenient sampling,935 nursing students were surveyed by using the general information questionnaire,the scale of humanistic care ability of nurses,emotional intelligence scale,the career maturity scale and school environment scale.Results:The total score of humanistic care ability of higher vocational nursing students was 193.10±40.40,which was at the medium level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that career maturity,emotional intelligence and school environment were the main influencing factors of humanistic care ability of higher vocational nursing students.Conclusion:The humanistic care abilities of nursing students in higher vocational education still need to be improved.Nursing educators should strengthen the cultivation of professional maturity,enhance emotional intelligence,optimize the school environment,and adopt targeted teaching measures based on the characteristics and needs of different students,so as to effectively enhance their humanistic care abilities.关键词
