Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of standardized courses combined with objective structured clinical ex-amination(OSCE)on the training effect,core competence and satisfaction of newly recruited specialized nurses in operating room.Methods:From January 2024 to December 2024,60 new nurses in the operating room of Jiuquan Hospital of Shanghai First People's Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine teaching,while the observation group re-ceived training based on standardized courses combined with OSCE.The mastery of theory and operation、risk iden-tification ability、core competence and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theory、operation and operation cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.After training,the scores of core professional ability、core clinical nursing ability、scientific research ability and judgment thinking in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction scores of teachers、anesthesiologists and surgeons in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Standardized curriculum combined with OSCE can ef-fectively improve the examination results of newly recruited operating room nurses,enhance their core competence,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff and teachers to nurses.关键词
