Application Effect of Nursing Quality Sensitive Index in Nursing Safety Management of Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of sensitive indicators of nursing quality in nursing safety management of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:150 hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure in Beilun District People's Hospital of Ningbo from October 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing quality management mode,while the research group was given nursing quality sensitive index management mode.The sensitive indicators of nursing quality、quality of life、psychological state and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:Eight sensitive indexes of nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.After the intervention,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the two mental state scores(SDS and SAS)in the study group were lower,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse events in the study group(1.33%)was lower than that in the control group(8.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The sensitive index of nursing quality has a good application effect in nursing safety management of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,which can significantly improve nursing quality,relieve patients'negative emotions,improve quality of life and reduce adverse events.关键词
