MOOC联合翻转课堂在产科实习中的应用效果
Application Effect of MOOC-based Flip Classroom in Obstetric Practice

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of MOOC-based flip classroom in obstetric practice.Methods:Eighty-four five-year clinical medical students(from the same grade of Bengbu Medical University)who practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from December 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research ob-jects,and were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 42 students in each group.The control group adopts traditional teaching methods,while the research group adopts MOOC combined with flip classroom teaching meth-ods.The study attitude、examination results and comprehensive ability of the two groups were compared,and the satisfac-tion of the two groups with obstetric clinical teaching was also compared.Results:The three learning attitudes、two assess-ment scores and four comprehensive ability scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total satisfaction rate of interns in the research group on teaching content、teaching form and teaching effect is higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of MOOC in the teaching of obstetrical interns is beneficial to correct their learning attitude,help them master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of ob-stetrics,and thus improve their comprehensive ability and satisfaction with obstetric clinical teaching.关键词
