Abstract
In order to solve the problem of road congestion during the expansion and construction of urban roads,and optimize the prediction effect of traffic flow,a non-stationary traffic flow prediction method during urban road overhaul is studied based on independent component analysis(ICA)and support vector machine(SVM).This paper establishes a vector matrix based on ICA and extract temporal features of urban road construction process using zero mean processing,applies SVM classifier to partition corresponding planes,and establishes traffic data mapping relationships through linear and nonlinear classification principles.This paper selects mean square error and relative error as evaluation indicators to predict non-stationary traffic flow and completes the design of non-stationary traffic flow prediction methods.The experimental results show that the prediction error and time point offset of the method proposed in this paper are(0,1),and the predicted data fluctuations are more in line with the actual situation,which is in line with the changes in traffic flow on urban roads and has practical effects.关键词
