摘要

Abstract

To ensure the safety of heterogeneous network,this paper designs a rapid intrusion detection method for heterogene-ous network security based on penetration testing.Penetration testing is used to analyze the security status of heterogeneous networks.If a heterogeneous network is in an unsafe state,the heterogeneous network signals are collected and intercepted.The collected heterogeneous network signals are processed by wavelet denoising.The processed heterogeneous network signals are used as input samples of the heterogeneous network intrusion detection model based on deep learning.The convolutional neural networks(CNN)module is used to extract spatial characteristics,and the recurrent neural network(RNN)module is used to extract temporal characteristics.After adding CNN module and RNN module to increase model learning granularity,heterogeneous network intrusion detection results are output from the full connection layer.Experimental data show that the proposed method has a good signal denoising effect,can quickly and accurately detect heterogeneous network intrusion data,distinguish intrusion data types,and record the attack time and IP address in real-time.
