数字经济赋能新质生产力发展的作用机制与实证检验
The Role Mechanism and Empirical Test of Digital Economy Empowering the Development of New Qualitative Productivity
摘要
Abstract
As a new economic form,the core characteristics of digital economy are highly consistent with the new quality productivity,and it is the key driving force to promote the development of new quality produc-tivity.Taking 271 cities in China from 2011 to 2022 as samples,this paper used 20 indicators to construct the evaluation system of new quality productivity from the three dimensions of new workers,new labor objects and new labor materials,so as to explore the impact and mechanism of digital economy on the development of new quality productivity.The research finds that the digital economy can positively promote the development of new quality productivity.This conclusion still holds true after a series of robustness tests and the handling of endo-geneity problems.The results of the mechanism test show that the digital economy promotes the development of new quality productive forces by positively influencing scientific and technological innovation and the upgrading of industrial structure.Furthermore,due to the different regions and development conditions of various cities,there is a certain heterogeneity in the impact of the digital economy on new quality productivity.The promoting effect of the digital economy on the development of new quality productive forces has a double threshold effect,showing a trend of weakening first and then strengthening.Based on the above conclusions,new quality produc-tive forces should be developed in accordance with local conditions,a scientific innovation system should be es-tablished,and industrial integration and upgrading should be deepened.关键词
