摘要
Abstract
To explore a cross-border data flow mechanism that aligns with China's national conditions,we selected Free Trade Zones(FTZs)with pioneering advantages in development mechanisms as our sample.Through a meticulous blend of literature re-view and case study analysis,we synthesized the current domestic and international landscape of cross-border data flow.We re-vealed challenges pertaining to insufficient efficiency,convenience,and security in cross-border data operations,and extracted pivotal practical experiences and characteristics from the FTZs in the realm of cross-border data flow.Based on these insights,we formulated recommendations across technology,services,and systems,aiming to provide invaluable perspectives for constructing a cross-border data flow mechanism that embodies Chinese characteristics.关键词
