抵御水下窃听:一种基于纠删码的UWSN消息转发方法

Abstract
In underwater wireless sensor network(UWSN),eavesdroppers(underwater spy-robots)could move around the nodes silently to eavesdrop on their communication channels,and they were hardly perceived by the nodes.To mitigate the risk of data message theft while ensuring the required data delivery rate and reducing compu-tational overhead in message dissemination,each data message was encoded into n message blocks and m parity blocks.From the total(n+m)information blocks,m was randomly selected for lightweight encryption.Firstly,the propagation process of the blocks was formulated,and issues such as delivery ratio,theft ratio,storage limitation,and computational cost were specially investigated to obtain the disseminating probability and discarding probabil-ity for block holders.Then,a dissemination method based on erasure coding was proposed.In this method,informa-tion blocks were distributed in a decentralized manner.Each node holding the blocks autonomously determined whether to forward or discard them based on pre-calculated probabilities.When the sink node received n distinct in-formation blocks of a data message,the original data could be recovered through decryption and decoding.Simula-tion results demonstrate that the proposed erasure coding-based dissemination method exhibits superior perfor-mance.The required data delivery rate is guaranteed,the likelihood of data theft is minimized,and the computa-tional overhead incurred by nodes during dissemination remains low.The method is proven suitable for UWSNs with limited node storage capacity.关键词
