摘要

Abstract

After integrating electric heating devices into the wind-solar-thermal hybrid power generation system,issues such as uneven voltage,strong magnetic fields,and current effects lead to increased renewable energy curtailment,reduced system op-erational stability,and higher operating costs.To address these problems,an optimization control strategy for the wind-solar-thermal hybrid power generation system with electric heating device integration is proposed.The empirical mode decomposition algorithm is employed to allocate power within the electric heating device,ensuring smoother operational power after its inte-gration into the hybrid system.A dual-layer optimization control model for the energy of the electric heating device is construc-ted,incorporating objective functions and constraints to achieve energy allocation optimization and operational optimization.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model,thereby optimizing the energy control of the wind-solar-thermal hybrid power generation system.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibits a minor decline in the frequency regulation curve of the electric heating device,with minimal occurrences of wind,solar,or power curtailment.Additionally,the current waveform distortion rate is low,and photovoltaic power curtailment is significantly reduced.These findings validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in optimizing the operation of the wind-solar-thermal hybrid power generation system after the integration of electric heating devices.
