Design of Mountain Fire Prevention and Control System for Small Hydropower Station Power Line Based on Beidou Communication

Abstract
Due to the large amount of noise in mountain fire information,the location error of fire point is large and the environ-mental parameters are inaccurate.Therefore,a mountain fire prevention and control system for small hydropower station power line based on Beidou communication is designed.In the hardware part,based on the design of the overall system architecture,the serial port structure of the interface converter is designed to assist the Beidou communication transmission process.Then,according to the functional requirements of the system,fault capture lines and cut lines are designed.In the software part,RGB model and hue,intensity,saturation(HIS)color model are used as mixed criteria,constraints are added in the conversion process of the two models to judge the position of the mountain fire,and then the message format based on Beidou communica-tion is designed to complete the transmission and reception of the message in the process of mountain fire prevention and con-trol.The test results show that the desgined system cannot only accurately complete the fault line selection,but also cut off the fault line in a shorter time.The accuracy of line tripping is more than 99%,indicating that the application effect of the desgined system is better.关键词
