2014至2021年新疆地区妇女高危型HPV感染特点及趋势分析
Characteristics and trends of high-risk HPV infection in women in Xinjiang from 2014 to 2021

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and trends in the positive rate of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection among women in Xinjiang.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the infection status and characteristics of 135 466 women who underwent HR-HPV screening at the Gynecological Outpatient Clinic and Health Examination Center of the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from Januar-y 2014 to December 2021.HPV DNA testing was performed using the QIAGEN Hybrid Capture 2(HC2)method,and HPV genotyping was conducted using the PCR-based flow-through hy-bridization method(Kai Pu).Results:From 2014 to 2021,the HR-HPV positive rate among women undergoing health examinations showed a yearly decline,decreasing by 37.3%over eight years,while no significant change was observed in the positive rate among opportunistic screening participants from the gynecological outpatient clinic.The highest HR-HPV positive rate was observed in the≥60 years age group,followed by the≤29 years group,with statisti-cally significant differences across age groups(P<0.001).The top eight prevalent HR-HPV subtypes in Xinjiang were,in order:types 16,52,58,39,53,51,31,and 66.Single HR-HPV in-fections predominated,and the distribution of multiple infections varied significantly across age groups(P<0.001).Conclusion:The HR-HPV infection rate among women undergoing health examinations in Xinjiang has declined yearly,with the predominant subtypes being types 16,52,and 58,and single infections being the most common.关键词
