Abstract
This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of abnormal fluctuations in the telemetry signal of a specific model receiver under vibrational stress conditions and discusses corresponding treatment measures.The telemetry level,as one of the key parameters of the receiver,has its stability directly linked to the receiver's reliability and accuracy.This paper outlines the basic principles of the receiver and its importance,describes the specific manifestations of abnormal fluctuations,analyzes various causes of the fluctuations,performs fault localization and mechanism analysis,and reveals the fundamental cause of abnormal fluctuations.It proposes a low-cost treatment method of reinforcing the local oscillator unit with silver paste adhesive,verifies the feasibility of this method,and demonstrates that this treatment method can be applied in the design of similar low-phase noise electronic products.关键词
