基于改进高频注入永磁推进电机控制方法研究OA
Research on Control Method of Permanent Magnet Propulsion Motor Based on Improved High Frequency Injection
针对传统方法依赖位置传感器导致的维护难度大和稳定性差的问题,文章提出了一种基于改进高频注入的无位置传感器控制方法.首先,通过向电机定子注入高频脉动方波信号,并引入幅值自适应调节机制,实现信号强度动态优化.其次,借助递归最小二乘算法,在电机正常运行时完成电感参数在线实时辨识与更新.实验结果表明,该方法在 1 000 r/min运行时,转子位置估计误差控制在±0.06 rad以内,速度估计误差仅为 0.1 r/min,电感参数辨识误差在合理范围.该方法在不同操作条件下均能准确估计转子位置,显著提升了系统的稳定性和可靠性,为船舶电力推进系统的无传感器控制提供了有效解决方案.
Aiming at the problem of difficult maintenance and poor stability caused by traditional methods relying on position sensors,this paper proposes a sensorless position control method based on improved high frequency injection.Firstly,the dynamic optimization of signal strength is realized by injecting high frequency pulsating square wave signal into the stator of the motor and introducing an amplitude adaptive adjustment mechanism.Secondly,with the help of recursive least squares algorithm,the online real-time identification and updating of inductance parameters are completed when the motor is in normal operation.The experimental results show that when the method is running at 1 000 r/min,the rotor position estimation error is controlled within±0.06 rad,the speed estimation error is only 0.1 r/min,and the inductance parameter identification error is within a reasonable range.This method can accurately estimate the rotor position under different operating conditions,which significantly improves the stability and reliability of the system,and provides an effective solution for the sensorless control of the ship electric propulsion system.
