Abstract
Aiming at the problem of difficult maintenance and poor stability caused by traditional methods relying on position sensors,this paper proposes a sensorless position control method based on improved high frequency injection.Firstly,the dynamic optimization of signal strength is realized by injecting high frequency pulsating square wave signal into the stator of the motor and introducing an amplitude adaptive adjustment mechanism.Secondly,with the help of recursive least squares algorithm,the online real-time identification and updating of inductance parameters are completed when the motor is in normal operation.The experimental results show that when the method is running at 1 000 r/min,the rotor position estimation error is controlled within±0.06 rad,the speed estimation error is only 0.1 r/min,and the inductance parameter identification error is within a reasonable range.This method can accurately estimate the rotor position under different operating conditions,which significantly improves the stability and reliability of the system,and provides an effective solution for the sensorless control of the ship electric propulsion system.关键词
