Abstract
The electromechanical intelligent operation and maintenance system is mainly composed of online monitoring system(including environment and equipment monitoring system(BAS system),integrated driving automation system(TIAS system)),intelligent operation and maintenance big data platform and composition of intelligent operation and maintenance scheduling management platform.The online monitoring system automatically collects the status monitoring data of automation equipment,and automatically generates inspection report to replace traditional manual inspection methods.Online monitoring system predicts equipment faults in advance and carries out preventive maintenance work to improve the efficiency of fault handling and response,and integrates monitoring data with maintenance business processes to optimize equipment maintenance procedures.It builds an intelligent operation and maintenance expert database model,forms expert experience based on the learning and identification model of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence,and automatically generates maintenance suggestions according to fault phenomena to guide fault handling and improve fault handling efficiency.The system intelligently counts and analyzes the business data,automatically generates reports,and reduces the manual analysis work.关键词
