充气升温装置在老年骨科手术患者中的应用研究
Application of inflatable heating device in elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of inflatable heating device in elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 140 elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery in the First People's Hospital of Nanning from January to October 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was warmed by conventional quilts,and the study group was warmed by inflatable heating device on the basis of the control group.The body temperature,incidence of chills,thermal comfort score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative body temperature of the study group was high-er than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was signifi-cant difference being found in the comparison of intraoperative body temperature and postoperative body tem-perature between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative chills in the study group was low-er than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The thermal com-fort score of the study group was(50.540±1.259)points,which was higher than that of the control group(47.730±1.985)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of inflatable heating device in elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery is significant.It can not only effectively maintain the body temperature of patients during and after op-eration,reduce the incidence of postoperative chills,but also improve the thermal comfort and satisfaction of patients.关键词
