摘要

Abstract

The ethyl acetate fraction derived from EtOH extract of Camellia fascicularis was separated and purified by macroporous resin D101,silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.Then the structures of ob-tained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The results showed that 17 compounds were isolated from C.fascicularis and identified as loliolide(1),dehydrovomifoliol(2),chakyung-lupulin A(3),syringaldehyde(4),umbelliferone(5),1H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde(6),coumarin(7),chlorogenic acid(8)p-hydroxycinnamic acid(9),methyl gallate(10),gallic acid(11),epicatechin(12),catechin(13),kaemp-ferol(14),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(16),and isovitexin(17).Com-pounds 1-17 were first isolated from the leaves of C.fascicularis.Compound 3 was first isolated from the genus Camellia.
