聚吡咯改性萃取滤纸的制备及其在蜂蜜中苯并咪唑类药物检测中的应用
Preparation of Polypyrrole Modified Filter Paper and Its Application in the Detection of Benzimidazole Drugs in Honey

Abstract
Polypyrrole-modified cellulose extraction filter paper was synthesized from dissolving pulp via in-situ polymerization,yielding a cost-efficient,environmentally sustainable,and flexible material.This filter paper was employed as a solid-phase extraction medium in conjunction with HPLC-MS/MS for the extraction and quantification of seven benzimidazole compounds in honey.Method validation using honey samples spiked at three concentration levels(10,50,and 100 μg/kg)showed recoveries ranging from 51.4%to 101%,with standard deviations below 10.2%.The method achieved detection limits(LODs)between 2.19×10-2 μg/kg and 5.82×10-2 μg/kg and quantification limits(LOQs)from 7.29×10-2 μg/kg to 1.94×10-1 μg/kg.The extraction efficiency was found to be on par with that of commercial SPE cartridges.关键词
