Abstract

Polyaniline-cellulose somposites were successfully grafted via an in-situ oxidative polymerization process,where polyaniline was grafted onto cellulose,and subsequently rocessed into filter paper.The morphology and chemical structure of the modified cellulose filter paper were characterized and analyzed.A solid-phase extraction method utilizing the polyaniline modified cellulose filter paper,combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS),was developed for the determination of 7 perfluorosulfonates in fish meat.The effects of various adsorption and elution conditions on detection performance were systematically evaluated.Experiments results from three different spikingconcentrations in fish samples demonstrated that the recovery rates of 7 perfluorosulfonates were 74.7%to 99.1%.The limits of detection and quantification ranged from 13.9 to 40.0 μg/kg and 4.15 to 12.0 μg/kg,respectively.These findings indicate that the polyaniline-modified cellulose filter paper exhibits excellent performance for solid-phase extraction of perfluorosulfonates from animal-derived samples.
