Study on Discharge Model and Swarm Parameters of C4F7N Considering Ion Kinetics

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the influence of complex ion kinetic processes,such as electron detachment,on the discharge characteristics of C4F7N,in order to overcome the limitations of existing electron kinetics models,considering only ionization and attachment processes under high-pressure conditions.We first conduct pulsed Townsend experiments on C4F7N under a wide range of reduced electric field and various pressure conditions.Through detailed analysis of the waveforms,a discharge model for C4F7N considering ion kinetics is established.Subsequently,we develop a theoretical model for the spatiotemporal evolution of electron avalanche in C4F7N.By combining genetic algorithms to fit current waveforms,the reaction rate coefficients of C4F7N are obtained for pressures ranging from 60 Pa to 5 kPa.Finally,a method for calculating effective ionization rate coefficients considering ion kinetics is proposed,and the insulation performance of C4F7N is reevaluated.The results show that the model incorporating ion kinetic processes can more accurately reflect the insulation characteristics of C4F7N.关键词
