黄河流域重要湖库大型底栖动物数据集
A dataset of macrobenthos in important lakes and reservoirs in the Yellow River Basin
摘要
Abstract
Macrobenthos play a key role in regulating material cycle and energy flow of water ecosystems,which also serve as key taxa in the evaluation of the ecological health of lakes and reservoirs.The research group conducted sampling surveys of macrobenthos at 43 sampling sites in eight lakes and reservoirs in the Yellow River Basin,including Zhaling Lake,Eling Lake,Longyangxia Reservoir,Qinghai Lake,Daihai Lake,Wuliangsuhai Lake,Xiaolangdi Reservoir,and Dongping Lake in 2021 and 2022,resulting in a high-quality dataset after species identification,counting and species abundance calculation.Both field sampling and laboratory analysis were conducted in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Aquatic Ecological Monitoring,with data verification and evaluation completed through cross-validation by multiple personnel.This dataset contributes to a systematic understanding of the current distribution of macroinvertebrates in key lakes and reservoirs within the Yellow River Basin,providing critical reference for aquatic ecological health assessment and ecological conservation efforts in the region.关键词
