Optimization Scheme for Measurement Unit Placement in Distribution Networks Considering Time-space Observability

Abstract
The placement of measurement units in distribution networks lacks guiding principles,and insufficient consideration of measurement errors results in time-space observability in the configuration scheme.Therefore,a method of optimal allocation for measuring unit considering uncertainty is proposed.First,the interval number is introduced to characterize the uncertainty of measurement,and the time-space observability index is constructed to evaluate the quality of the allocation scheme.Then a two-stage linear optimization interval state estimation model is established to obtain the interval form of state variables.Finally,with the allocation cost as the goal and the time-space observability as the constraint,the optimal allocation model of the measurement unit is established,and the adaptive simulated annealing algorithm with the Levy flight factor is used to solve the problem.The IEEE 33-node system is used for simulation and verification.The results show that the optimized configuration scheme considering time-space observability improves the comprehensive benefits of data acquisition accuracy and configuration cost,and realizes the minimum accurate acquisition with both economic benefits and observability.关键词
