2021年黄河河南段浮游植物数据集
A dataset of phytoplankton in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin(2021)
摘要
Abstract
Phytoplankton are small in size and respond very quickly to environmental changes.The community characteristics and structure of phytoplankton are widely used in aquatic ecology researches and water quality evaluation.The original data of this dataset was obtained from 16 sampling sites in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin in June,2021,covering 11 tributaries,3 reservoirs,and 2 mainstream sections.A total of 155 species of phytoplankton were identified,belonging to 67 genera across 7 phyla.The dataset includes information on sampling location,longitude,latitude,phylum,class,order,family,genus,species,Latin name,abundance,and biomass of the algae,and has undergone strict quality control(including scientific sampling site layout,equipment cleaning,on-site sample processing,and identification quality control processes).The dataset can provide basic data and scientific basis for the investigation of the Yellow River Basin,thus favorable to the ecological protection of the Yellow River.关键词
