摘要

Abstract

Under the strong random fluctuation of new energy,the frequency out-of-limit risk observability of regional cluster microgrid is the basis for improving the frequency response ability.In order to improve the observable level of regional dynamic frequency,a μPMU optimal configuration method of microgrid group is proposed,which takes into account the observability of frequency out-of-limit risk.First,the dynamic frequency response characteristics of microgrid group are analyzed based on the frequency modulation mechanism of different resources.The dominant dynamic frequency response factors are accurately identified by μPMU with the high frequency and high precision measurement characteristics.Next,from the perspective of frequency dominant factors observability and topological electrical distance,the indexes of frequency out-of-limit observable certainty and observability propagation depth are proposed respectively,which reflect the observable capability of key nodes and important lines under the dynamic frequency out-of-limit events.Then,a μPMU optimal configuration model considering economy,observability of frequency out-of-limit risk and observability propagation ability is established under incomplete topological observability,which improves the observability of frequency out-of-limit risk as effectively as possible at a certain cost.A multi-strategy enhanced binary wild horse optimizer(MSEBWHO)is proposed to solve the proposed model.Finally,the improved IEEE-33 node system is used as a microgrid group example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
