Abstract

Oily solid waste is the main solid waste from oil and gas exploitation,and petroleum hydrocarbon is an important reference index for environmental quality control in its disposal and utilization process.In recent years,China's oil and gas field solid waste petroleum hydrocarbon pollution control standard systems and analysis methods have been constantly improved,and some provinces have also issued the standard for the utilization of solids from oil and gas exploitation.However,there is still a dilemma in the demand for large-scale oil containing solid waste resource oriented consumption.For the future's increasing trend of the amount and constituent complexity of oily solid wastes in oil and gas production,there are still challenges in analysis,technology,environmental risk control and other aspects on how to safely,economically and efficiently carry out its utilization.In this regard,this paper sorted out the research progress in the environmental risk of petroleum hydrocarbons in oil containing solid waste,and analyzed the current situation and trend of the analysis methods of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants,then compared the methods for determining the environmental quality indicators of petroleum hydrocarbons in various standards.It is suggested that advanced analytical means such as high resolution mass spectrometry can be used to further clarify the petroleum hydrocarbon components contained in oily solid waste from different sources,different treatment processes,and different resource products.The toxicological parameters and migration and diffusion properties of component compounds could be comprehensively evaluated from the molecular level,following establishing a petroleum hydrocarbon toxicity database.On the basis of the existing technology,the targeted hazardous substances removal technology could be developed to achieve the precise reduction of oil containing solid wastes and broaden the resource utilization path.Furthermore,it is possible to study and establish the oil solid waste pollution control index system through"components/fractions+characteristic pollutants".Then comprehensive consideration of controllable environmental risk and economic disposal cost should be taken to determine the control parameter value.Thus to refine the environmental quality control during oily solid waste treatment,disposal and resource oriented utilization.
