摘要

Abstract

In view of the environmental odor problem around the sulfur-containing natural gas dewatering station in eastern Sichuan,the main source of odor was determined by analyzing the components of the exhaust gas of the dewatering plant.Numerical simulation was used to compare the performance differences of the different intake components,intake height and the presence of droplets in the regenerative exhaust gas.The odor treatment technology of"gas-liquid separation+combustion optimization"was proposed.The results show that the main component of odor is H2S,and the combustion effect of the furnace is greatly affected by different components,intake height and liquid water droplets.The water yield of the gas-liquid separation tank is 0.3 m3/d,which can effectively reduce the water vapor entering the furnace.The optimized igniter can save fuel gas 220 m3/d and realize the full burning of the furnace.After the transformation,the malodorous gases such as H2S in the plant boundary of the burning furnace,dewatering station and the surrounding environment can meet boundary concentration limit for Class 1 of GB 14554-93"Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants".The technology can efficiently treat exhaust pollutants and run stably,effectively realize the standard discharge of odor gases,and has good environmental,economic and social benefits.It provides scientific theoretical basis and engineering application cases for the exhaust treatment of triethylene glycol dehydration units in the oil and gas field industry.
