Abstract
In order to reduce the pollution of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),an investigation and research on the current situation of oil and gas production in Daqing Oilfield was carried out with reference to the requirements of GB 39728-2020"Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Onshore Oil and Gas Exploitation and Production Industry".The sources of VOCs in the existing processes were understood,and the links that did not meet the VOCs control requirements during the oil and gas production process were sorted out.Through research,it was determined that the main VOCs treatment links during the oil and gas production process were concentrated in the transferring oil stations with non-closed processes and the loading and unloading processes at the oil unloading points.For the VOCs treatment links,the treatment processes for the transformation of the closed processes at the transferring oil stations and oil unloading points were proposed;and guidance was provided for the technical application of the treatment processes in different oil and gas production processes,so as to reduce the VOCs emissions from the source and comprehensively improve the VOCs treatment level.关键词
