Current Status and Development Analysis of China's Processed Tomato Industry

Abstract
Abstact:China is the world's largest exporter of processed tomato products,and the western regions possesses distinct natural advantages for tomato cultivation.However,the industry has long experienced severe fluctuations and remains in a state of reactive development focused on remedying existing gaps.This paper analyzes the current challenges facing the industry in terms of varieties,cultivation practices,harvesting,product types,and exports.It further proposes targeted strategies to enhance international competitiveness and ensure sustainable growth.These include building internationally recognized brands,diversifying and refining product lines,scientifically guiding market demand,improving industry regulations,and establishing a robust regulatory framework.Together,these measures aim to strengthen China's processed tomato industry and support its long-term,healthy development.关键词
