摘要
Abstract
In the process of building and promoting the HSE management system,China's oil and gas field enterprises have always regarded the implementation of HSE system audits as an important means of building and promoting the HSE management system,and have achieved relatively good results.In order to further improve the quality of HSE system audits in oil and gas field enterprises and deepen the effectiveness of the system audits,this paper compares and analyzes the HSE system audit methods of international oil companies and domestic oil and gas field enterprises from several aspects,including audit planning,organizational methods,audit frequency,audit teams,audit implementation,audit reports and result application.It puts forward suggestions such as strengthening the tracking and research of the top-level design of the system,continuously optimizing the audit work,and strengthening the training of the auditor team,so as to continuously promote the continuous improvement of the enterprise's HSE management level.关键词
