Abstract

Food safety in employee canteens within the petroleum industry is critical to safeguarding employee health and ensuring the stable development of enterprises.In response to challenges such as difficulties in ingredient supply and the diverse needs of employees,the following management strategies are proposed:strengthening organizational leadership by establishing a management committee;forming a supervisory organization through labor unions;implementing a Nutrition and Healthy Canteen framework alongside the ISO22000 food safety management system;enhancing awareness through targeted publicity and training programs;and rigorously enforcing food safety standards while improving the managerial capabilities of canteen leaders.These measures aim to ensure food safety and foster sustainable development within the petroleum industry.
