关节镜下双滑轮无结缝线桥技术治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果观察
Observation on Clinical Effect of Arthroscopic Double-Pulley Knotless Suture Bridge Technique in the Treatment of Rotator Cuff Tear

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic double-pulley knotless suture bridge technique in the treatment of rotator cuff tear(RCT).Methods 72 RCT patients admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given arthroscopic traditional suture bridge technique,and the observation group was given arthroscopic double-pulley knotless suture bridge technique.The perioperative indicators,shoulder joint function,pain degree,shoulder joint motion and complications were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the operation time,postoperative drainage volume,and hospitalization time between the two groups(P＞0.05).The weight-bearing time of the affected hand in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Before surgery,no statistical difference was found in the UCLA,VAS,and ASES scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After surgery,the UCLA and ASES scores of the two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the VAS scores were lower than those before surgery;and the UCLA and ASES scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Before surgery,no statistical difference was found in the shoulder joint motion between the two groups(P＞0.05);after surgery,the shoulder joint motion of the two groups increased,and the shoulder joint motion of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Arthroscopic double-pulley knotless suture bridge technique in the treatment of RCT patients has exact effect,and can reduce the postoperative pain,improve the shoulder joint motion and promote the joint function recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
