番茄褪绿病毒的研究进展
Advances in the Studies of Tomato Chlorosis Virus
摘要
Abstract
Tomato is one of the three major traded vegetables globally and holds a significant position in international vegetable trade.Tomato virus disease is one of the common and severely damaging diseases in tomato production,and there is no cure once the plant is infected.Tomato chlorosis virus(ToCV)is transmitted by whitefly vectors of the family Aleyrodidae in a semi-persistent,non-circulative manner.Tomato plants infected with ToCV exhibit symptoms such as leaf yellowing,interveinal chlorosis,leaf margin curling,and growth retardation,severely impacting tomato yield and quality.This article reviews the recent research progress on ToCV,discussing its distribution characteristics,host range,classification and particle properties,transmission routes and characteristics,genome structure and function,common detection methods,and control measures.Additionally,it proposes some urgent issues to be addressed in ToCV research,aiming to provide a reference for future studies on ToCV.关键词
