A dataset of carbon,water and heat fluxes in Naqu alpine meadow from 2014 to 2018
摘要
Abstract
Alpine meadows serve as a vital component of the alpine grasslands on the Tibetan Plateau.Prolonged carbon flux monitoring within alpine meadow ecosystems has great significance in assessing and predicting the carbon source and sink functions of grassland ecosystems on the Tibetan Plateau.This dataset encompasses flux observation data derived from the Naqu alpine meadow ecosystem from 2014 to 2018,collected at the Naqu Alpine Meadow Ecosystem Field Scientific Observation and Research Station in Naqu City on the northern Tibet Plateau.Based on the open-path eddy covariance system,observations were made regarding carbon dioxide flux,along with heat and water fluxes.The dataset contains data on net ecosystem CO2 exchange,ecosystem respiration,gross primary productivity,evapotranspiration,and sensible heat flux.Additionally,it includes conventional meteorological data like air temperature,relative humidity,soil temperature,soil moisture,photosynthetic active radiation,and precipitation.The dataset was processed following data quality control procedures recommended by China Flux Observation and Research Network(ChinaFLUX),including gap filling and CO2 flux partitioning.Data products are available at 30-minute,daily,monthly,and annual temporal resolutions.This dataset provides a reliable data foundation for and a theoretical basis for evaluating the ecological functions of alpine meadow ecosystems on the Tibetan Plateau.关键词
