基于文献计量的石斛属植物研究态势与热点分析
Analysis on the research trends and hotspots of Dendrobium genus plants based on bibliometrics

Abstract
To understand the current status,hotspots and future development trends of Dendrobium research both domestically and internationally,bibliometric method was employed.The keyword"Dendrobium"was used to search relevant literature published between 2014 and 2024 in the Web of Science and CNKI databases.CiteSpace software was utilized to mine and organize the obtained literature,exploring the evolution of the number of publications,the distribution of research authors and institutions,and the frequency of essential keywords.Based on keyword clustering,keyword emergence analysis was conducted,and further study of the evolution of the Dendrobium field was carried out from temporal perspective.The results show that:1)The number of English publications on plants in the Dendrobium genus has been increasing year by year,showing a rapid development trend,about 72.38％of the English literature is published by Chinese researchers,while the number of Chinese publications remains relatively stable.In terms of collaborative institutions,the top five institutions for Chinese publications are all related to medicine and pharmacy,and the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the institution with the highest number of English-language publications.2)The research directions of Dendrobium are highly diversified.The research trends and hotspots in Chinese and English literature all show a similar research trajectory,with a strong focus on the separation and identification of active components of Dendrobium and pharmacological activity research.3)The research hotspots in the field of Dendrobium are constantly evolving and innovating.The early research hotspots mainly focus on basic research,including tissue culture and rapid propagation of Dendrobium,chemical component analysis,and the separation and identification of endophytic bacteria.Future research hotspots in this field are expected to shift toward deeper levels,including the exploration of important functional genes,the mechanisms of trait formation,and the pharmacological mechanisms and potential genetic targets of active components.关键词
