番茄斑萎病毒的发生与研究进展
Occurrence and Research Progress of Tomato Spotted Wilt Orthotospovirus
摘要
Abstract
Tomato spotted wilt virus(TSWV)is a thrips-transmitted plant virus belonging to the genus Orthotospovirus within the family Bunyaviridae.With an extensive host range,TSWV can infect over 1 000 plant species across more than 85 families,causing severe damage to economically important crops such as tomatoes,peppers,lettuce,and peanuts.In recent years,due to climate change and the spread of thrips vectors,the global impact of TSWV has intensified.This review summarizes the host range,disease characteristics,geographical distribution,transmission mechanisms,genome structure,pathogenic mechanisms,and control strategies of TSWV,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of the virus.关键词
