超声BI-RADS分级结合超声弹性成像对乳腺结节良恶性的诊断价值
Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound BI-RADS Classification Combined with Ultra-sound Elastography for Benign and Malignant Breast Nodules

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS)classification combined with ultrasound elastography(UE)for benign and malignant breast nodules.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with breast nodules admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2023 to December 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,all patients underwent conventional ultrasound and UE examination and were preliminarily classified according to the ultrasound BI-RADS grading criteria.Meanwhile,UE-related quantitative parameters were recorded.The results of pathological diagnosis were statistically analyzed,and the results of pathological diagnosis were used as the gold standard to compare the BI-RADS classification results and UE quantitative parameters[hardness score,elastic strain rate ratio(SR)]of patients with benign and malignant nodules.In addition,the diagnostic results and efficacy of BI-RADS grading as well as BI-RADS grading+UE for benign and malignant breast nodules were compared.Results The results of pathological diagnosis showed that there were 86 cases of benign nodules and 34 cases of malignant nodules in 120 patients with breast nodules.The BI-RADS grade of patients with malignant nodules was higher than that of patients with benign nodules(P<0.05).The hardness score and SR of patients with malignant nodules were higher than those of patients with benign nodules(P<0.05).BI-RADS classification diagnosed 73 cases of benign nodules and 47 cases of malignant nodules.BI-RADS classification+UE diagnosed 83 cases of benign nodules and 37 cases of malignant nodules.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of BI-RADS grade+UE in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules were 97.06%,95.35%,89.19%,98.80%and 95.83%,respectively,higher than 79.41%,76.74%,57.45%,90.41%and 77.50%of BI-RADS grade diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound BI-RADS classification combined with UE can improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant breast nodules,and provide an important reference for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.关键词
