硒与酵素配施对番茄生长及品质的影响
Effects of Selenium Combined with Enzyme on Growth and Quality of Tomato

Abstract
In order to study the effect of Selenium(Se)combined with enzyme on tomato plant growth and fruit quality.Water was used as a control and 'Guanxia No.3'tomato was used as experimental materials to study the effects of exogenous Se and enzyme single or their mixture application on the tomato height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic characteristics,fruit quality and yield.The results showed that 6 mg·L-1 Se and 2% enzyme had the best growth promotion effect on tomato.Compared with CK(clean water),the application of single Se or enzyme and Se combined with enzyme increased tomato height,single fruit weight and yield per plant of tomato,and the combined application of Se and enzyme increased the chlorophyll content and carotenoid content,enhanced photosynthesis,and was conducive to promoting the growth of plants and the formation of yield.In addition,combined application of Se and enzyme improved the fruit quality,and the fruit hardness and soluble protein content were significantly increased,which were 1.17 and 1.21 times of the control,respectively.Compared with CK,the contents of active substances in tomato fruit,such as total phenols,flavonoids and anthocyanins were increased by 9.12%,22.40% and 14.63%,respectively,which enhanced the antioxidant capacity of tomato.关键词
