胸阻抗法无创血流动力学监测仪用于射血分数保留型心力衰竭的诊断价值
Diagnostic Value of Thoracic Electrical Bioimpedance Non-Invasive Hemody-namic Monitor for Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of thoracic electrical bioimpedance(TEB)non-invasive hemodynamic monitor for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Methods 76 HFpEF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the HFpEF group,and another 76 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group.Both groups were examined by TEB noninvasive hemodynamic monitor.The heart pumping function[cardiac index(CI),stroke index(SI),stroke volume(SV)],stroke system vascular resistance(SSVR),plethysmographic fluid conductance(TFC),systolic time ratio(STR),and left heart function[left ventricular stroke work(LSW),left ventricular stroke work index(LSWI),left ventricular ejection time(LVET)]were compared between the two groups.Results The CI,SI,and SV levels of the HFpEF group were significantly lower than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).The SSVR,TFC,and STR levels of the HFpEF group were significantly higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the LSW,LSWI,and LVET levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions TEB noninvasive hemodynamic monitor in the diagnosis of HFpEF can monitor the heart pumping function,left heart function and vascular resistance index of patients,is conducive to the early diagnosis of HFpEF,and analyze the patients'condition,assisting the clinical development of targeted treatment.关键词
