乡村振兴背景下农村基层党组织发展新型农村集体经济的思考
Thoughts on the development of new rural collective economy by rural grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China
摘要
Abstract
To explore the path for the development of new collective economy by the rural grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China under the macro background of the rural revitalization strategy,based on the in-depth field investigation of six cities(counties)in China,key groups such as government staff,village cadres and owners of the new rural collective economy were selected as the interview objects.Through the network structured questionnaire survey,the specific practices,achievements and challenges in the process of promoting the development of the new rural collective economy were investigated.The results showed that the rural grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China have laid a solid organizational foundation and powerful impetus for the vigorous development of the new rural collective economy through various strategies such as the leading role of organizations,scientific policies,effective integration of resources and strengthening of talent training.However,this study also revealed the shortcomings of the rural grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China in the depth and breadth of organizational guidance,talent training mechanism,the accuracy of policy publicity interpretation and the comprehensiveness of service ability.In view of this,this study put forward a series of targeted suggestions including strengthening the construction of the rural grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China,improving the relevant policy system,optimizing the resource allocation strategy,and strengthening the talent training and introduction mechanism,in order to provide a solid scientific basis for the sustainable development of the new rural collective economy.关键词
