河北保定番茄黄化曲叶病毒病及棚外杂草寄主鉴定
Molecular Identification of Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus Disease and Weeds Outside Greenhouse in Baoding,Hebei Province

Abstract
In response to the incidence of viral diseases in facility tomatoes and weeds outside greenhouses in Baoding,Hebei Province,leaf samples of facility tomatoes,humus grass,and quinoa with twisted deformities,mottled,elongated and narrow,protruding,and longitudinally rolled leaves were collected separately.Use tomato virus disease specific primers for RT-PCR amplification and identification of total RNA in tomato,Humulus scandens,and Chenopodium album.The results showed that the specific primer TYLCV amplified a single band of approximately 648 bp on tomato,Humulus scandens,and Chenopodium album,while other primers and negative controls did not amplify.This study confirms that the Tomato yellow leaf curl virus(TYLCV)is present in facility tomatoes and weeds outside the greenhouse,indicating that weeds(such as Humulus scandens and Chenopodium album)around facility tomatoes are suspected hosts of TYLCV and have become one of the sources of viral infection.The results of this study can provide technical support for early detection and comprehensive prevention and control of tomato viral diseases in facilities.关键词
