256排螺旋CT与3.0T磁共振检查对胃癌淋巴结转移的诊断效能比较
Comparison on Diagnostic Efficacy Between 256 Slice Spiral CT and 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Lymph Node Metastasis of Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of 256 slice spiral CT and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging for lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods 106 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to November 2024 were selected and given 256 slice spiral CT and 3.0T magnetic resonance examination.The diagnostic efficacy of two examination methods for lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer was compared.Results Taking postoperative pathological examination as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of 256 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer were 81.08％(30/37),85.51％(59/69),and 83.96％(89/106),respectively,which had no statistical difference with 86.49％(32/37),91.30％(63/69),and 89.62％(95/106)of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging(P＞0.05).No statistical difference was found in the short and long diameters between patients with and without lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(P＞0.05),but the CT value of lymph node metastasis was higher than that of non lymph node metastasis,and the ADC value was lower than that of non lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that CT values(AUC=0.785,95％CI:0.675～0.895)and ADC values(A UC=0.852,95％CI:0.772～0.933)had significant diagnostic value for lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(AUC＞0.7,P＜0.05).Conclusions Both 256 slice spiral CT and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging have higher diagnostic efficacy for lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.In clinical practice,suitable diagnostic methods can be selected according to the patients'disease condition and needs,or diagnostic accuracy can be improved through combined examination.关键词
