Abstract
In the reform of county management and school recruitment,post management is an important part of deepening the reform of teacher personnel management.The so-called county management emphasizes the overall position of the county-level education administrative department in teacher management,while school recruitment reflects the school's subjectivity in teacher recruitment.The reform policies and specific practices of county management and school recruitment in various areas are mainly reflected in the centralized implementation of post setting and post recruitment.The reform of county management and school recruitment has improved the teacher post management,promoted the teacher exchange and rotation,broken the lifelong employment system for teacher posts,and promoted the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in the region.However,there are still problems with the reform of county management and school recruitment,such as unclear reform positioning,lack of scientific basis for post setting,insufficient standardization of post recruitment management,limited synergy of various preferential policies,and weakened autonomy of employers.To improve post management in public institutions,we should further leverage the functions of the comprehensive personnel management department,strengthen the scientific and standardized nature of post management,track and evaluate reform trends in time,and enhance policy coordination.关键词
