Research on Path and Strategy of National Strategic Talent Strength Construction from Ecological Perspective

Abstract
Strategic talents are important main elements in the talent ecosystem.Integrating ecological theories and methods into the national strategic talent strength construction not only optimizes the structure of national strategic talent strength through ecology,but also helps to improve the efficiency of talent resource allocation,and ensure the systematicity,integrity,and coordination of relevant policy supply and institutional reform.Through the analysis of motivation of strategic talent development and analysis of issues such as strategic talent niche structure,situation,model,measurement,construction,and influence,quantitative evaluation of the relationship between strategic talent elements and environmental elements,and between different environmental elements can give a basic idea of talent work innovation in China from the perspective of mechanism construction,provide a path and strategy to solve the practical problems in talent development,optimize and upgrade the talent system policy system,improve the scientific and technological innovation talent allocation structure,establish and improve the talent competition and coordination mechanism,carry out dynamic evaluation of talent ecological environment,build a talent ecosystem monitoring system,and create a talent innovation ecosystem.关键词
